Victoria's BIO
Singer/Songwriter Victoria Jones was born in Huntsville, Alabama. Inspired by people and the world around her, Victoria began singing and songwriting at the age of fifteen. Her soulful voice and musicality is a blend of neo-soul, pop, and R&B. With musical inspirations ranging from Nina Simone and Alicia Keys, to various singer/songwriters from the UK (i.e. Emile Sande, Labrinth, Adele and more), Victoria seeks to write music that speaks to everyday life and situations. "As an artist, I believe I am called to be wise with my talents; if I am not merely articulating the lessons I am learning in my life to make someone else's life better, my desire is to write songs that touch hearts and challenge minds, if not that, I simply want to let someone know that they are not alone in trying to figure out this thing called life."
Along with being a singer/songwriter, Victoria is also President and Co-founder of GirlNaturale, an organization that seeks to empower girls to be the fullest expression of themselves. May her service and music inspire you to do the same.
